Product Overview
Our brewers insure through mixing and high dissolved oxygen levels by circulating the entire contents of the brewers every few minutes. Instead of using air diffusers or stones of any kind, oxygenation is accomplished in tandem with mixing using air pump design based on Fibonacci math to generate agitation and lift.
This approach insures mixing without any mechanical destruction. The lack of air diffusers makes the units easier to clean and insures that there are no anaerobic zones from dirty diffusers. Kits can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning.

Metric Option
This brewer is available for 40mm Metric Pipe sizing as well. However, metric version do not ship with the PVC pipe and fittings.
